Thanks! Hey Manish, I built AwardSpy (http://www.awardspy.com) to do exactly what you're asking for, but for award stays. I had not even considered using it for paid-stay availability, but that's an excellent idea and something I will definitely plan on implementing now. You can check out the service for now, and I'll send out an email to the users when the paid alerts feature is available. Noone apparently has this right now. great tool for awards and payed searches.
