It looks like points are done by zone, and the NE is in its own zone, so am I right to assume it's 8K points to go to Orlando one-way? It seems cheap given what it takes just to get to NY from Baltimore!

As guv1976 explained The points for coach from NY to Orlando are 5,500, as it is one zone from Origin o destination. You do not consider the sub zone Roomette is 15,000 for two people and includes meals. bakablonde Apr 9, 12, 10:25 am They were thinking coach, but a roomette seems cheap too! Thanks! darben Apr 9, 12, 11:21 am They were thinking coach, but a roomette seems cheap too! Thanks! As Chase has a 32000 point promo for their Amtrak card it could be very very cheap.
