Hello... I was looking at using LANPASS miles on non-stop flights from LAX to/from Sacramento. All AA non-stop flights on this route are operated by American Eagle.
I tried the website and the "Kilometer Redemption" tab does not even offer Sacramento as a origin/ destination choice. I then called the Web Desk 1-866-I-FLY-LAN #3 and #2 and they said they "could not see" these flights.
Being an "Affiliate which is a Member", American Eagle is part of oneworld, so I was wondering what I need to be able to book these flights. I'm obviously not going to connect in DFW just so I can fly on (non-Eagle) American Airlines flights!
