San Francisco - Need explicit directions from UA baggage to SFO BART - please improve these :)

An acquaintance who is not familiar with SFO and is a little nervous about this needs some very *explicit* directions for getting from UA baggage claim at SFO to the BART station.

Would you please improve upon these that I'm writing from memory? Thanks! (What I'm not remembering is whether there is a change of levels to get to BART after you're in/through the International Terminal lobby)

1. After retrieving luggage, go back up the escalator and to the ticket counter level.

2. Turn right into the United ticket counter area. Walk past the "Premier Access" ticket counters and the "Premier Access Security" following the signs for the International Terminal and BART.

3. Follow signs for International Terminal and when there continue walking across the Terminal Lobby towards the BART station, following the signs to BART.

1. After deplaning find signs and follow them to baggage claim. You will walk past a restaurant called Yankee Pier and go down an escalator to get to the center of United's baggage claim (note: you can't go back up this escalator)

2. Once you have retrieved luggage look for an escalator or elevator to take you up one level to the ticketing area. The escalator you take up will have the option to go up another level but do not do that. When you exit this escalator at the correct level you will be facing a glass wall with a red rope and security on your left. You can't go that way. Turn right and go around the escalator.

3. Once you are past the escalator go past the elevators and turn right. Follow the signs for the international terminal/BART. You will first pass security right after the elevators. Then a lot of ticket counters and finally the premier ticket counters and security.

4. Keep following the signs to interntational terminal/BART. You will walk through a wide hallway with moving walkways. Stay to the right and use the walkway. When you get off the walkway you will go through some doors and see an escalator right in front of you. Take that escalator up one level

5. When you exit this escalator you will be in the international terminal. The direction you face as you come off the escalator is the exact direction you need to walk to get to BART. You will see the international security on your right as you walk towards BART. You will have to navigate around some display pieces as you keep walking straight to get to BART

Another choice would be to have them go up two flights on that escalator from baggage claim, cross over the bridge, and take the RED air train two stops to garage G where they can transfer to BART.
