We are quick to complain and criticise, so I have to give a big thumbs up to the improvements in the call center service.

I am processing my expenses for March and I realised I am missing two invoices for having modified two flights during March. I remembered modifying two flights last month, but I had no idea which of the 17 flights I took in March I had modified, nor when, nor where, nor what the costs had been.

When I called the FB Plat number, I was immediately recognised (second time) so I guess they have a system now to recognise the incoming phone numbers and cross reference them with the FB database - no more trying to entre the 10 digit number on a blackberry keypad. Nice touch!

I didn't expect my request to be too easy, not knowing the flights or dates that I had modified but the agent quickly managed to check my recent history for changes, found the modifications and has re-sent the invoices!

The whole call took a total of 3 minutes 30 seconds - less time than it's taking me to type this post!

Well done AF for making some good improvements!

I've always had great service at both the French and Dutch call centers. Including a recent call where they grouped 3 bookings together and gave them seats together all within less than 2 minutes.

And I want to give a big thumbs up to the special lady at the AF RTW desk who did an excellent job of booking a complicated RTW for me. ^

The lady I was working with was in Lille. I have no idea if they can do award RTW's, but I kind of doubt it. That would probably have to go through FB wouldn't it?
