France - "odd" sign in shopping mall in Paris

I was staying near Gallienni (last stop on Metro line 3), and stopped into a nearby shopping Mall (not very large, but they have an Auchun Supermarket).
The clientele are 99% French. The last sign you see (over the exit door) is "THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING, COME BACK AGAIN"--all in English.

The Eurolines bus terminal is also right there. They probably have a lot of international customers because of this.
