Has anyone heard anything about the upcoming NTV Italo privately-owned rail service in Italy, other than what is on their web site (http://www.italotreno.it/)? They start service later this month and haven't announced their rate structure yet. I'm wondering if we can expect discount fares to attract ridership as they get started. Is that common with new rail companies in Europe?
