Hello Friends! At the outset I must say this is the most exhaustive, most informative forum I've come across! I needed help as Im confused what the right decision would be. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to AMEX Plat, a host of benefits have come in ( King Gold however came in at the wrong time ). I prefer late checkouts at hotel stays, so prefer night flights.

I was a loyalist to KF / AI until everything went wrong for the Former. Jet was never an airline to fly on for me. However recent developments have compelled me towards JetPrivilege.

I am a Sports freak, Formula 1 and Football top the list. I have started planning trips to attend races and matches - both in Europe and Middle East.

The Flight timings of Emirates seem to be favourable ( on most sectors ) but Jet & KF deny miles on the BOM-DXB Sectors, something thats beyond my understanding. ( Frankfurt in July is the First trip ). Options on other airlines have very long stopovers :(

So friends I need your help. Is it profitable for me to enroll into Skywards? or is it better to stick to Jet / KF ( if KF recover which I believe it will ) programs for mileage rewards? How much do I stand to lose if I stick to the latter?

No. of trips in a year - 3 to 4 ( Business / First, First - only if A380 ).

Domestic Travel is not very frequent. Business trips restricted to domestic unless there is an expo to attend abroad ( mostly southeast Asia ).

Thank you so much. This Forum is Awesome.

P.S. Etihad is not an option ( Footballing Loyalties responsible for the decision )

Have you considered PK Award+ Plus? As far as I know, they have no affiliation with M-City FC ;)

But honestly, based on your lack of domestic travel, and most of your intended destinations being in Europe/Middle East, I would just go with Skywards.

Thank you so much for the information. Also wanted to know how good Qatar airways is. They won many awards this year. Is Qmiles a rewarding program? Kingclub has Qatar as a partner.
