Is Aleve pain killer sold in Argentina or Chile? If so, what name is it sold under?
Thanks

Yes it is but not likely OTC. I think you may need a prescription for Aleve in most countries outside the US.

Ask for it by its chemical name - Naproxen and there will be no confusion. In Argentina, I think tradename may be Naprodex (or something close to that).

In Spanish, Aleve's generic name is naproxeno sodico 220 mg. Ask for it that way if you speak Spanish, or write it down and show it in a pharmacy.

I am pretty sure that you don't need a prescription for "naproxeno sodico". Be aware that they usually have the regular version and also a "forte", which I think is about twice the milligrams of Aleve.
In Chile some of the brands are Eurogesic, Flanax and Deucoval.

Note that in Chile, most everything you buy will be "behind the counter," will be relatively expensive, and will likely be sold in small quantities. Not that Argentina is a bargain, but you are much better off buying medications there.
