I was over charged on a recent stay and other issues, I wrote to hyatt on 2 Apr 12 and haven't received an answer. Should I take it public?

How did you contact Hyatt? I would suggest either an email to consumeraffairs@hyatt.com of Private Message the Gold Passport Concierge team here on Flyertalk.

I have never had a problem with Hyatt making something right. I have been staying with them loyally for over a decade. Give them a call or let the GPC help you.
