airberlin topbonus - AB award availability not showing up

I admit I am an AB novice. I tried 3 different browsers but could not get Air Berlin award availability to show up.

The topbonus website searches for availability and then gives errors. Is there any trick I am missing?

I just booked a business class award on AB from MIA to DUS and back. Wasn't using AB points, though, but AA miles (and ticketed with AA, obviously). Found availability through KVS tool using BA account info.

It depends from where/to where you are flying because some destinations (depending on the month of travel) are not loaded in the timetable.

Is there any trick I am missing? The page is "broken down".
You have to call the AB hotline.

Did you try go to the AirBerline website and login? I went to "topbonus" menu and go to the right where it says:"Retroactive mileage credit". Enter your travel segment. Entering your flight number is sufficient enough. The system will update your missing miles within 2hrs. This is probably the most efficient system I have used compared to all the other miles reward sites I've been using.
