Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - Best economy seats on an A330-300?

The A330-300 has an economy mini cabin with 3 rows: 15-17. Does anyone know whether the last of these rows is a good choice (row 17)?

Presumably the shell design of the Coral economy seats means that there is no restriction in recline in the last row?

The row 15-17 mini cabin existed when these aircraft were 12F/40J/151Y.
The configuration is now 8F/32J/191Y. Although expertflyer still shows a mini-cabin on their displays the front Y cabin now runs row 15-22.
