Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - FRA-BKK F -> 8 hrs connect to SIN on SQ C -> lounge access question

Forgive me for starting yet another thread on TG F lounge access in BKK, but I think this is a somewhat unique situation and I'm not too familiar with the BKK layout.

I'm arriving FRA-BKK in TG F, with a 8 hour connection (deliberate) to SIN on SQ C. Upon arrival in BKK, I'd like to do the following:


Be whisked to the TG Royal First lounge and shower
Exit the airport and head into Bangkok city for a few hours
Use either the TG C or SQ C lounges upon return to the airport before my SQ C flight


Will I be able to do any or all of the above in the order listed?
For the record, I arrive BKK at 12:50pm and depart for SIN at 9:00pm.

I think I already know that I won't get TG F Spa, but that's okay.

Please post future questions about lounge access etc. in the sticky at the top. Answer to all 3 is yes. You can even use the F lounge on return (just let them know you will be returning) if you would like too.
