Has ANA adapted a new policy of allowing pre departure champers? I have flown them many times, the last time 16 months ago.. Am I correct that they now serve pre departure Krug in first? I thank you...

Has ANA adapted a new policy of allowing pre departure champers? I have flown them many times, the last time 16 months ago.. Am I correct that they now serve pre departure Krug in first? I thank you...
They should serve pre-departure drinks in both C and F now, but I believe that they only serve sparkling wine, not champagne (yes, even in F). They should break out the Krug after takeoff.
