Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Did anyone ever get an answer to an email sent to Aegean M&B?

Did anyone ever get an answer to an email sent to Aegean M&B?
What is their standard reply time?
Am I using the right address?

Yes twice. Both times it took exactly two weeks to get a response.
Their answers weren't much more insightful than automated responses would've been.

I used their contact form however the replies came from the email you listed.

Once I used the form on the website and I received an answer within 24h from the e-mail address you mentioned. So I figured for my next inquiry I'd write directly to that e-mail address but I haven't heard back from them since then (approx. 1 week ago)... guess next time I'll use the form again.

I have heard back: both website form and direct email have elicited a reply in about 2-3 weeks. Usually, just after I'd given up on actually hearing back from them. Unless it's urgent (then call them), wait another week before you try sending again; you'll most likely hear from them soon.
