i buy flight ticket on 31th March 2012 depart from Alor Setar to Kuala Lumpur which cost RM130. When i pay the payment with maybank2u, the MAS website come out with error, but the Maybank is come out with payment successful. After that, i call to MAS customer service ask about this, the operator tell me i haven book the ticket and if i pay already, they will refund for me in 24 hours. After that, the operator ask me pay again by debit card on the line. After that, the payment is successful, which mean i pay RM130 for twice. I wait until after 2 days, they haven refund for me, i try call to the MAS service centre, but they say is not their problem and ask me call to Maybank. After that, i call to Maybank service centre and Maybank operator told me that the first payment i make is successful and is not maybank problem. They also ask me call back to MAS service centre. After i call back to MAS service cenre, they just ask me email the case to ibesupport@malaysiaairlines.com . I hope anyone can consult me to get back my money.

Maybank2u is debit transaction I suppose? If it is you need to raise a dispute charges to maybank and ask them to investigate.

first transaction i use direct debit, second transaction is using debit card. Direct debit and debit card is different things.

Complain against the second payment.

Tick "I/We has/have paid the charge by cash/cheque/other credit card. ** Proof of payment (by other means) enclosed ."

If a payment has not been processed, the charge will drop off and the amount on hold on your card will be returned.
