Would-be guests will have to line up on Thursday, April 5 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Adam Room, located on the main level of the hotel. "We have no idea how many people we will get."
Only 100 rooms will be sold. Reservations are available only for the night of Saturday, April 14.
The rate plus taxes is based on double occupancy in a standard room, which usually costs $199 and up. Reservations must be made in person by credit card and identification must be presented.
"It's aimed at people in Ottawa who have, perhaps, never stayed at the hotel or their friends and family coming for a visit," said Perrin. "We're inviting people to experience the hotel at its fullest."
