Travel Tools - ANA vs KVS discrepancy?

We're looking for 2x round trip tickets LHR-NRT in Feb 2013.

ANA tool shows availability of 2xC seats in NH most days, yet KVS shows zero. A direct flight would be preferable for us.

Which is correct?

Is KVS showing what is available to DC members?

What did Pune say when you called?

I didn't call Pune yet.

IMH, thanks for checking on UA. Good to know they're showing same availability as ANA's tool.

We are joining a photo tour to Nagano & Hokkaido - ideally we need to time our arrival to meet the rest of the group at NRT - so the arrival date is important, less so the exact time.

I am waiting for confirmation from the tour operators before I call Pune.

Remember that ANA is going to show inventory on ANA flights for members of their own program since it is their site you're querying and they assume you're redeeming their points. There is a chance that the availability for partners will differ when the time comes to redeem.

NH Award Availability is accessible via 2 different Methods within the KVS Tool (http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes) -- which one(s) are you using?

Also, any specific flight #/dates?

sbm12, that was my original question - I wanted to know if there is a difference between what ANA offers its own members vs. what it offers other *A programme members.

KVS, I'm using the SNT method / JP-ANA-SP1 - hope this makes sense. I did not know there was more than one way to search using your excellent software.

I see availability on KVS (and on both the UA and ANA award seach engines) for LHR-NRT in Feb 2013. I used the Strar Alliance search option on the ANA award search site.

This is for the nonstop flight NH202.

The only restriction seems to be you can't get any seats on Fridays and only coach seats on Saturdays.

And for all the days I checked, there was no discrepancy between KVS and the two airline search engines.

I didn't check the return flights.

There cannot possibly be a discrepancy between the results if you use the [SNT: Awards/StarAlliance] Method within the KVS Tool; that is why a specific example (preferably with screenshots) would be most helpful...
