Air France Frequence Plus - No direct flights to SFO from CDG (Oct 2012)?
I have tried to get some pricing on C/J tickets from GVA to SFO via CDG thorough AF's website, but I keep getting no flights available :confused:
I started out checking flights for Mid October, then September, July and lastly April. When checking in Y it is all routed via either LAX or Somewhere else with Delta or KLM.
Could someone shed some light on what I might be doing wrong?
Must be one of the many bugs of AF website. EF gives connections GVA-CDG-SFO, even with Z fares.

I also tried many booking between April and October that Did NOT work. EF is showing the flights, and you can book them on AF.com from CDG. But you cannot book from GVA. Just tried 28 Apr to 13 Sep in Biz and the booking engine does not offer any flight.
But there are so many problems with their booking engine (rev and award) that they must be losing money on this.
EF is showing a daily non stop (744) throughout October, down from the seasonal 2 daily (744 and 772) during the summer. Two class only.

I also tried through the .ie site and also got no available flights no matter what dates I entered. I also did the direct CDG-SFO entry with no luck on .ch and .ie sites :(

Hmmm... Very strange indeed :confused:
Tried again this morning and no joy :td:... When I tried to make a dummy award ticket booking in C all flights from GVA via CDG to SFO came up as available :confused:
