(Sorry for the length of the first, the situation is slightly complex!)

Q1) I was booked on an LH intra-Europe direct flight; booking class was ineligible for A3 credit. We were already on the runway about to take off, before having to go back (the co-pilot suddenly fell ill) and cancel.

Rebooked onto an LH flight for the next day. Same route; different time and flight #. They seem to have rebooked using my existing PNR. New class was full Y, eligible on A3. My new boarding pass didn't have my other FFP# on it, so I had the gate agent enter my A3 #. She confirmed it was in the system.

I just saw that the cancelled flight was posted to my other FFP  I thought credit is given for what's actually flown.. Nearly a month on, with a retro claim, I've yet to get A3 miles for the flight actually flown. Any suggestions as to what steps I should take to get it credited?

Q2) Does anyone know what LH K class = on SQ? I rang SQ but they were no help. This was an LH-booked/SQ-operated codeshare; I'm trying to decide if I should try a retro claim on A3 to see how it turns out, thought I'd ask here first in case any fellow A3 members can speak from experience.
(Yes, lesson learnt, no codeshares if I care about my mileage ;) But it's hard ex-Australia)

I had a similar situation last year when an LX flight was cancelled just after boarding started. I got the miles for the (unflown) original flight and as well the miles for the new (flown) flight. That you have not yet received your miles so far, might just be because there currently are problems to credit LH and LX flights to A3.

I even have a feeling that codeshare flight won't get any miles in any programme due to SQ's tightness with their mileage...

@EAPflyer, good to hear from someone who's had this cancellation situation. I also just followed the link which you posted (in another A3 thread) to vielfliegertreff.de and I read the discussion there..so yes I guess I'll just have to wait patiently for LH to sort out their IT issues, however long that takes
