Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - A3 Mileage Accrual from Upgrades when flying on other *A carriers?

I've noticed on the A3 chart for mileage accrual when flying on *A carriers that some of them list First/Biz upgrades separately from First/Biz paid, while others don't. Does this mean that, for the ones that don't list them separately, if I get upgraded I will receive the First/Biz accrual? Has anyone experienced this?

The one time I got upgraded to First since reaching G was on US Airways, which does list upgrades separately so no extra miles for me on that one!

You will get miles according to the fare class paid, except possibly for instant upgrade fares that book into a different class than the fare paid.
