Avis - question for transferring AVS point to SPG

I try to transfer AVS points to SPG by using their online request point/miles function. I was told to wait 60 days to see the points. however, it has been more than three months, I still don't see my points in my SPG account.

You should first ocntact Avis to find out if they have already sent the hotel points to SPG. It's possible your rental didn't qualify (say, because of a particular AWD) for SPG points, and you simply haven't been notified.

If they did send it, find out when, and then contact SPG with that info.

(Do not contact SPG until you have verified that Avis sent the hotels to SPG.)

Transfer points to SPG? Or do you mean earn points?

There are no AVIS points that you earn that can be transferred. You could get SPG points with each rental... is that what you're referring to?
