Dear TG experts,
Can someone please help me raise my concern to the right person at TG? Back in November, I raised an issue on their inconsistent mileage accrual rule on UA vs. CO flights (both streamlined their fare classes since Feb 1, 2011 yet TG had two different rules for the two). I raised an issue to Star Alliance and ROP, got an official reply from TG Corporate Office assuring me that following both airlines merging into one airline code, a change would be coming and that ROP members would earn mileage similarly to how Mileage Plus members earn miles on UA flights.
The most recent update on ROP website simply removed Continental from the table and left everything absolutely unchanged for UA fare classes. For those who fly UA, you know that W fare is not even considered discounted economy while S fare is the highest discounted economy. Both of these fare classes should earn mielage on ROP as they do on all other Star Alliance programs.
I re-highlighted the above issues to ROP and the guy at Corporate office who sent me a reply last time, yet no response.
Thanks,
Kiam
