Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - How in the world do I book a reward ticket with Egypt Air?

Hi everyone,

So I have enough miles with Egypt Air to book a reward ticket with them according to their website, but that's all their website says. They have a miles calculator, but give absolutely no information as to how I can actually book the ticket. I remember about 2 years ago I tried to do this and the NY office said I would say to send a fax request to Cairo, etc., it was too much work and I forgot about it. but since the miles will expire soon, I would like to capitalize on them. Has anyone in the US ever successfully redeemed Egypt Air miles?

I have not redeemed miles through their own frequent flier program but their availability does turn up in KVS and other search tool engines. So the seats are available, you just may have to call to get them ticketed.
