Japan - Hakone "Romance Car" advance reservations?

I know there is a lot of information about Hakone trains but as I haven't found specifically this question and our trip draws near I hope I can ask this:

My wife and I travel from Tokyo to Hakone Saturday April 7 and return April 8. How far in advance are reservations for the "Romance car" likely to be needed? We don't arrive into Tokyo until April 5, and I didn't see a way on the Odakyu website to reserve or purchase online.

We are staying at the Park Hyatt-would they be able to book tickets? Otherwise I assume we need to go to Shinjuku station ourselves.

It seems that next week tickets are still available, but those for today (Saturday) are already full, so you will want to make your reservations in advance.

Oh, I don't think that will be a huge problem, especially if Australian counts. You can also email them and ask them to obtain the tickets for you.

The number I gave was for the Odakyu ticket center. I've no doubts on the English ability at the PHT.

Success! I called the Tel: 81-3-5321-7887 number and spoke to an agent in English who confirmed the trains I had already looked up on the Odakyu website.
