Qatar Airways Privilege Club - chorus voila Rewards

Can the Qatar team confirm the correct amount of points that you can earn under the Chorus Voila Reward Scheme. Chorus Voila state as a Privilege Club member, you will earn 10 VOILÀ Reward Points for every eligible dollar you spend. You can then convert your VOILÀ points to Qmiles at a rate of 10 VOILÀ points to 1.5 Qmiles. However I transferred the points on the basis that the Qatar site stated that you will receive 4 Qmiles for every 10 VOILÀ points, which means you would earn, 4 Qmiles for every USD dollar spent. I recently transferred 20,000 into my account, but only received 3000 QMiles. I have now looked more carefully at the chorus site and they seem to be correct. I therefore need confirmation in order to ascertain if I should have received more QMiles has stated via the Qatar website or have I been misled.
