Depending on routing BOS-PHX can be booked as low as 3.9cpm. My routing using west coast is $306ai and 3.9cpm. Appears to be through EOS with wide avialability. *disclaimer* i only checked through october but EF does not list end date

base fare $129 each way.

DL had $99 each way base fare but it disappeared after a few hours and upped it to match UA

Thanks for posting this. This is a good fare given the price of oil. I recall similar routing via SFO/LAX back in 2007 in the low $200 range.

Hi CDKing,

If you don't mind sharing your routings? I kinda play around with ITA a lil bit from PHX-BOS, however I can only get it down to 4.3, so just wondering what hubs did you route yourself to?

Good call. Wish I had any desire to fly UA, MHT is so much easier for me to get in and out of and cheaper. I wish AA would fly there again.

LAS-BOS $259.00 a/i thru eos (or at least 1st 2 months of 2013)

$255.00 the other way around.

EVERY Tues. Weds. & Sat.

Booked only one as I'm topped off for all of Jan & Feb, 2013
LAS-SFO-BOS-LAX-LAS (same day turn) 6315 miles .0422
Not the best deal in town, however all big aircraft and good chance of UDU's!

Until they decide to substiute smaller planes. I really need to book up every weekend in early 2013 but i'm worried after this years light winter that its going to be a gross winter.

I booked a LAS for May BOS-IAH-SFO-LAS-SFO-IAH-BOS 3.53cpm w/ 500 minimums - same routing i used for phoenix

Jeez. I can't justify plunking that much money down 9-10 months in advance. There were plenty of good deals for January of this year throughout September-December of 2011. And I feel a gross winter next year too, it will have to be worse than this one almost by definition.

I usually work on maintaining my status on AS in the winter. As gold no change fees if i cancel due to any reason. I just use the credit later.

I'm booked on a MR pretty much every weekend in May and June. Not sure why i decided to book a LAS run the weekend before I go to HKG

Good luck. I now have one tomorrow, one next weekend, and one 4/28. Then nothing for a month before my trip to ICN. No way will I MR within two weekends of that.

It was a great winter in the northeast for air travel. ^ I did UACO mileage runs ex. NYC the first six weekends this year and certainly lucked out big time weather wise.

I am currently shopping for mileage runs in early 2013. If the price is right I will book as many as possible to lock in the value. If the weather turns ugly and the departing flight is cancelled or delayed 4 hours or more I can always get a full cash refund, or move the dates around within a ~10 day window without a change fee. I did this once; and was even able to change the departure/return station from LGA to EWR, which is much better for me.

My only other advice would be to book round trips. If the weather waiver is for Saturday only for example, I want to have a r/t ticket vs. a one way out Saturday and a one way back Sunday. And yes - I can always get screwed up and get out on Saturday, but not be able to make it back on Sunday. If that happened I would chalk it up to the hazzards of the hobby... ;)

Not a good price. I don't think you can get the ticket. Delta or US Airways has a cheaper price. You can search another airline and don't try to book the ticket. It's too expensive. You cannot afford it at all.
