Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - Etihad F Lounge in AUH - T1 or T3?

Next week, my spouse and I will be flying AMM-Australia, round trip. AMM-AUH are in C (highest class of service on the A320), and AUH-SYD/MEL are in F.

Looks like our flights to/from AMM will depart from T1. Australia-bound flights depart from T3.

Which F lounge would you recommend - T1 or T3?

Do both lounges have the Six Senses Spa? We have 6 hours to kill on our outbound - what's the possibility of visiting both lounges (and perhaps ending up with two massages?)

Thanks,
Bostonbali

Despite what lounge dragons will tell you, the T3 F lounge is superior. We had 8 to kill when EY reduced flights to Cairo in December/January and we spent the time having spa treatments, eating with the view of the open kitchen, and exploring the Cigar room.

The walk between the two terminals may take 8-10 mins max.

What are the hours of the lounge? 24? Can't find the info anywhere...I have 6 hours to kill, between 3 and 9 AM.

The lounges are 24h. For sure the T1 lounge.

Thank you, I figured as much. If traveling inbound on an F seat on CX, I get access to the F lounge correct (have outbound EY J) seat.

Why would you? It seems AA members are confused and think EY are part of OW.

By virtue of your incoming airline, and lack of EY status, and outbound flight, you do not have lounge access at all.
