Diners Club Club Rewards - Qantas bonus points [book on NZ website with Australian card]

Has anyone had this issue before.

Qantas bonus points not posting for transactions made through the Qantas New Zealand website (which you have to use if you want to book a one way flight ex NZ).

Some crazy excuse from Diners that it is only for transactions made through Qantas Australia. Rubbish as I've made bookings ex UK and US on Qantas and had the bonus points credited. Also doesn't state that anywhere in the T & C. :confused:

Going round in circles for a month now with these guys. Does anyone know how to contact Diners in Australia without being put through to the Indian call centre?
