Other Car Rental Programs (ie. Alamo, Enterprise) - Booked with Alamo but help needed!

I booked with Alamo via Auto Europe. I'm a "insiders" member but I was wondering why I can't add my Insiders member number to my booking on Alamo's site? :confused: My prepaid voucher gives me both a Autoeurope booking number AND a Alamo reservation number...when I go to enter my resv. on Alamo.com it says "booking made by tour operator".
I had gone thru this before with Dollar some yrs ago but it was sorted out...anyone else have any experience with this??? Should I contact Alamo and see if they can add my Insiders number or perhaps Autoeurope?
Normally I book direct with company so not so used to these "brokers".

Also, booked a fullsize for PHL airport (for Aug.)...any ideas what's in that section?

I am relatively new to Alamo's Insider program as well, but I was told by an Alamo employee that Insider benefits only apply when the reservation was made using the "Insider code" (ie: on Alamo's website when logged in). It didn't matter to me for that particular reservation because the only thing I "lost" was the free additional driver, and the rate was better without Insider. Not sure if that was just some BS from an employee or that's the official policy.

I often use Auto Europe and get different companies each time. The rates
are often much better than the company web site (but watch for the small print!)

I've never added a loyalty number like the Insider's member number. Why do you want to do that?

Thanks for the replies but I canceled my booking with them as I found a better deal via usrentacar and have my D.E added to my booking so all sorted. Now just have to wait til Aug. to roll around! :D
