Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Can't retrieve booking from Iceland Air anymore

Last month I booked a JFK-KEF-IAD ticket for summer this year from Cheapoair.com. I distinctly remember following the booking I used the PNR to retrieve my booking and choose seats on the Iceland Air website. However, now I can't seem to find an option for retrieving a booking anymore on their site. The only option available is check-in, which isn't available until 36 hours prior to departure.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I know people who've booked cheapoair.com and had nothing but problems. They have no customer support. My friends ended up challenging the credit card charge which was successful.

There is nothing wrong with Cheapoair in this case. I can see the trip on Checkmytrip, just not of FI website.
