LAN LANPASS - Getting rebooked on a cancelled LAN flight

I was scheduled to fly on flight 2113 this morning from Cuzco to Juliaca. Sadly the flight was cancelled due to weather related issues and we were told to get the flight tomorrow. As a OW Emerald, is there any better/easier way to get rebooked as I'm not sure I'm confirmed on the departure tomorrow? The airport was extremely chaotic

Looks like the flights leaving CUZ now, but you missed your JUL. Did you want them to get you on a CUZ-LIM flight and then connect to LIM-JUL today? They should to do that since your flight was cancelled.
WRT your specific question, as a Emerald/Comodoro you are supposed to have special access to a number to do flight changes... though I have never seen it... the website link to it pretty much fails. Andrea asked about this a while back but cannot remember an answer.
Sorry to hear your problems.

OK Looked into for you (well, for me too jeje).
They say call LAN, select #5 for LanPass, then select #1, it will ask for your LanPass member number, and then knowing you are Comodoro it will pass you to the 24 hour Comodoro line.
Of course, when I tested this I just got the normal operator.
When I tested it for a second time, same result so asked for the special line. She informed me I needed to speak Spanish on this line, informed her I would and she connected me to another person, who told me in Spanish what I had been told in English – the system will recognize you as Comodoro and act accordingly... yeah, right.
Yes, I know you are AA...

There's supposed to be a special access website (http://www.lan.com/c24) for Comodoros and Premium Silver, but I've never been able to access it (with my dad's Premium Silver account - I even tried calling to ask about it and got nowhere).
When I call LANPASS and give out his FF#, I always get redirected right away to the elite line (definitely less waiting around than the regular line). I don't think that this automatic access will work for other OW elites (as this is when calling to access LANPASS, not to the flight-changes option), but in any case they should be more helpful with rebooking if you are Emerald (hopefully).
A friend was flying to CUZ today and the plane turned around back to LIM... I don't know how long they had to wait but in the end they were able to get to CUZ, so I'm guessing the weather improved...

Thanks for your help! So it looks like the flight was scheduled as LIM-CUZ-JUL-AQP-LIM. The plane went right from Cuzco to Arequipa and skipped JUL due to the rain there which the runway was unable to handle due to shoddy/corrupt construction (or so says my guide!).
Anyhow I was able to use your advice and get through to LAN and get rebooked tomorrow though they definitely didn't seem to care about the status issue. Haha perhaps I'm a bit spoiled by AA!!

I didn't realize that they prioritized calls according to status. That might explain why I almost never have to wait more than a few seconds for an agent. ^ I will however also agree that I don't think that C-24 service really exists.

OK maybe it exists; but in a kind of Santa Claus way!
