Now I just wish they'd allow one way international awards. I don't understand the reasoning behind not allowing this.

Yeah, me too. I'm in need of a one way award and there's no way to do it without spending miles for round trip.

Be careful of one-way award tickets. I got screwed by that recently. They aren't eligible for Yokoso :(

Have you been able to get a one-way award? I need one from PVG to DEN later this year. The way I read the award rules, you need to pony up round trip miles no matter what. Aw hell, I'll just go ahead and call them and see what they say. :p

I was using Avios but Yokoso rules state that you need roundtrip, Circle trip, open jaw ticket back to original country. So flying US-Japan-China won't qulify for Yokoso
