CommunityBuzz! - Anyone around to meet up for drinks or dinner Thurs March 29 in Chicago/ORD?

I booked an award ticket out to the west coast, and only way I could get saver was to fly out of ORD vs. my home airport.

I decided to drive to Michigan City & then catch the South Shore Commuter (or whatever it's called) rather than drive the entire way to ORD. So I'll be arriving into Millenium Station & then catching the Blue Line out to ORD.

Can meet up for drinks or early dinner/either in downtown Chicago or out near ORD on Thurs, March 29th.

My flight's at 9:24pm, so need to allocate enough time in either location to get to airport & through TSA, etc.

I'm also returning on Sunday at 12:47pm & the earliest south shore commuter I can catch is 4:43pm, so could meet someone for a mid-afternoon drink on Sunday the first either out near ORD or in the city.

Anyone around?

On vaca, out of town so no can do

I've had some major computer issues the last couple of days & now I'm on deadline w/ some clients, so think I'm going to stay here & work until it's time to head to Chicago. And I might just drive & save the public transport for the next time, as it will eat up too much extra time.
