Las Vegas - Player's Club Signup Bonus

Been awhile since I've signed up for the Caesar's/MGM player's club. Will be going down with a friend that's going for the first time, and was wondering if there are even any "special" incentives available anymore anywhere for the player's club. I remember you used to get maybe some free slot play? Or half priced buffet or something.
