They have apparently closed the entrances to the west main checkpoint escalators from the baggage claim level. This was handy to avoid the stuffed-shirt AirServ moat dragon at the ticketing level. The checkpoint on baggage claim level (the old Diamond checkpoint) was really backed up today.
