InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - Two I-C in Seoul... which is better!?

I'll be visiting Seoul in next couple of month.
There are two hotels in Seoul, Grand Inter-Continental and CoEx Inter-Continental.
They are very close to each other, but which is the better one!? Any ideas?

I stayed at the Grand in 7/2000. It's a nice hotel with HUGE rooms (or atleast I was given one). But I remember the CoEx was the newer hotel. I was told it was the nicer of the 2 properties too during my stay from one of my coworkers. It also has a fitness center that the Grand did not.
