Just stayed at HR O'Hare. They are piloting a "welcome bar"--a very creative concept that provides open access to extra guest request items and more, including hand sanitizer, vaporizors, extra soap, Kleenex packs etc. Lots of different stuff. O'Hare also has a promotion for Diamonds that gives 20% off food in hotel restaurants. It kept me at the hotel for dinner plus drinks instead of going out, and I took a few items for myself. The "bar" is right between the fitness center and RC in the lobby--neat idea, and a good way to eliminate payroll cost for those guest request runs ;). Anyone else seen it?
