SAS EuroBonus - CPH International Arrivals - Change and Shower?

I have done a little searching and learned a few things but would like to confirm that my understanding is correct.

My flight from Toronto (AC882) arrives in Copenhagen at 10:30am Monday after which I must head straight to a meeting.

Is it possible to use the SAS lounge to change and shower after I exit passport control?

Is there anything additional I must know?

I arrived from New Delhi on LX in C Friday morning. I'm EBG. Wanted to shower in the SAS lounge before going to the office. Was denied entry on the grounds it's a departure lounge only.

I believe that only pax arriving on SK in C can access Scanorama Lounge on arrival (or - in fact - Business Lounge - as showers are located only in the C-class lounge downstairs). If you arrive on AC - access will most likely be denied...

I will be arriving in J and am *G. Hopefully I will have some success.

Upon arrival I will try to locate the business lounge downstairs in hopes that they will allow me to use the shower.

Refundable ticket for same-day travel departing from CPH on SK and which comes with departure lounge access is your friend. Everything else for those of us who fly AC YYZ-CPH is -- at best -- an often losing gamble when it comes to arrival lounge facilities at CPH.

Access to the SAS lounges on arrival is for SK longhaul passengers only. Not even SAS' own Gold members is allowed in without either having arrived on SK from US or Asia or having an onward Star Alliance flight. It doesn't hurt asking, but I would be surprised.

You could book a fully refundable ticket for later in the day and cancel it before leaving the airport...

As an update...

If you require a place to shower and change upon arrival in Copenhagen visit the Spa at the Hilton Airport.

They allowed me to use the facilities for a small fee.

It is definitely good value if you have a meeting following a flight from North America, South America, Asia etc.
