France - Gare du nord station to Hotel with lots of luggage?

I will be arriving to care du nord, we are 4, 1 baby, 1 kid, 2 adults. My wife will be having the kids and i need to move 5 big bags. Is any help you can have when you go out of the train? Then taxi would be the best option to hotel?

There are skycaps ( or train caps in this case). You just have to wave them down. For a family taxi is the best.

How much is the normal tip for the train cap?
