Asia - Kuala Lumpur-- Twin Towers tickets?

Looking for some RECENT experiences getting up to the Skybridge-- is it possible to get tickets without lining up at 5 am now that they cost RM 50 per person?

Anyone have personal experience with a reliable agent who can get you tickets in advance?

Doesn't every KL hotel concierge have a runner that lines up at 5am as his proper job? But I haven't been to KL in over a year.
