Hyatt Gold Passport - Improper Posting of Stays at HR ORD in 2012

I've stayed at the HR ORD 3 times this year and all 3 times the postings were wrong and required a call to Hyatt. I've stayed at other Hyatts this year and none of those have this issue. The HR ORD always shorts me by a lot on the points. They seem to be using some cheapo rate for the calculation that is not the rate I paid. Anyone else seeing this?
FYI I book the AAA rate (but again also book that at other Hyatts with no issues on points posting).

For me, it's usually the Hyatt Places that give me points for only about half the base rate.
As for the HR O'hare, my most recent stay at the beginning of March has yet to post anything. I did receive the automated "thank you" email and it did show my GP#
I usually wait until I have several posting errors before calling in. I'm now up to 3 (from a total of 5 stays) so I guess it's time to gather all my documentation :rolleyes:

Same thing happened to me in December of 2011. They cleared it up quickly, but required me calling the hotel, asking for the folio then e-mailing the folio to the GP folks.

I had a stay which didn't post correctly.
Didn't post as a night stay and gave me 100base points, on a $98 room and $22 park. Emailt o GP and they cleared it up.

I had a stay with the HR ORD in late February, and the stay/points didn't post either. An e-mail to Hyatt through the Request Points Credit link cleared it up in about one week.

Thanks to Gold Passport Concierge who reached out to me via PM and cleaned up my 4 recent posting issues without a call ! ^^
