Hi All

I have 15 days to travel from Barcelona to Rome (including time in each city) and want to get opinions where I would be best spending the majority of the time. At the moment I am trying to decide whether I should just work my way round the coast moving every few days or whether I should focus on a few cities.

I am thinking of 3-4 days in both Barcelona and Rome and want to go to Nice/Monaco but the rest is up in the air. I should add I haven’t been to Italy before.

Thanks in advance

Or you can do a cruise for ten days....lots of large ships there with tons of capacity.

If you are doing 4 days in Barcelona and 4 in Rome and have never been to Italy I'd add Florence and Venice for the rest of the time easily done by train from Rome.

go from town to town. i'd skip nice cannes, monaco, milan, florence, venice, unless this is your bucket trip.. they are best done by plane in, train and taxi.

Thanks for that. I should have added to my original post that I will probably go back to Italy in the future so don't need to see everything this time.
