Am I right in that this air craft the combi - has the OLD business class seats? aka same as on the airbus 320 and 321 and not the angle lay flat?

I didn't know there are any of the old seats left anymore in the widebody fleet.

Nope you are wrong on this one, 74E has no difference regarding to the seats no matter F/C/Y than 747 pax. The only difference are the seats config.
C only exist upper deck and Y only go as far as door 4 on the 74E.

Entirely correct- no 747s, 777s have old seats.
"Old" being pre-lie flat and slide type.
