United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - Mobile Boarding Passes Unavailable 3/23

According to UA tech support rep (who was in the US, interestingly), the mobile boarding pass option is broken and UA IT is working on it. Yesterday, she said the majority of her calls were about the mobile BP - the solution for which was to "email the regular 2D barcode". LOL.

I pointed out that dropping a message on the app/mobile site telling people that there was a change would be better than simply hiding the workflow. She agreed.

There is (unsurprisingly) no ETA for the fix.

The App still works great for mobile boarding passes. Although maybe its not a problem for everyone.

Was able to pull up my mobile BP for a flight in a few hours. I did check-in yesterday.

No mobile BP option for my ex-JFK flight tomorrow.

Pulled up my mobile BP at 545 am est today had paper in hand but the ga had made a change for me do I looked on my phone. Seemed ok.

Just checked in via the iPhone app for our SFO-SAN flight tomorrow but no mobile BP resulted.

Between this and the challenges in getting our reservation ticketed at the beginning of the month, seems like I picked a dandy time for my first UA flight in several years. ;)

Edited to add: Maybe it's because we have a lap infant?

Yup - five of us on three separate PNRs today. Same itins, all checking bags. Only one of us got mobile BPs (and I'm not the one) :td:

Tried to get my and my wife's boarding pass. Didn't work for either one separately or together.
