Avis - Online Receipts - No longer Chairman?

I've noticed this recently, that with the new e-receipts and under "Customer Status", while I've historically seen "Chairman" in my receipts, now it just says "Preferred Express". I know I'm still chairman, as it says that in my avis.com main welcome screen, and still get CHM treatment on rentals. Does anyone else also notice this?

While on the same topic, I've always been of the opinion that CHM status is not seen on the Wizard system as an official status, unlike Preferred, Preferred (old) Select, and President's Club. On the manual/long rental agreements that local stations would print up, if you were Preferred or President's Club, that status would print out on a predetermined field at the bottom left-hand corner of the RA. Also, when I was president's club, I got better treatment in European stations because one guy mentioned he sees it in the status field, whereas I've previously asked what they see for Chairman's and they only see "Preferred". Where it Does show up is that under remarks on my wizard, I've seen "CHM". So, it may support the fact that Preferred, Select (now First), and President's Club are actual hard-coded statuses in the decades-old Wizard system, while the uber-Chairman's Club is a US-Canadian add-on that may not be systems-based.

Anyway, just thought I'd mention this and whether anyone else has noticed it?

Bump. Anyone see this too? As well, Avis looks like they've redesigned their new rental agreements. And under Loyalty Status, it now just reads "Preferred".

Mine says "Presidents Club" - not sure what to tell you.

I just returned from IAH on Thursday and my receipt was like yours. It only said Preferred. However, when I asked for a ride directly back to the terminal they didn't even question it. So, I am not sure if it really matters.

I have several rentals coming up in the next couple weeks so I will keep an eye on it and see if it changes.
