Virgin Australia Velocity - Where's My Itinerary??

I'm trying to use the website to access my itinerary for a long-haul international flight from SYD-LAS and I keep getting a message saying the itinerary can't be found.
I've tried using both the booking reference number and my Velocity number but in each case I get the error. I rang the service centre and they said my booking is definitely there but couldn't give me an explanation as to why I'm getting the error.
Is it the case that long-haul itineraries are unable to be viewed on the website and that you need to go through the service centre?
Up until 2 weeks ago the system was working fine, and then it stopped being able to view or amend any international bookings.
I spoke to the call centre last week, of which they said IT was working on it, and wanted to transfer me through to international bookings to help with my seat allocation. I said it wasn't good enough, as it shouldn't take them that long to fix that sort of problem, and I don't want to speak to a call centre to view seats or recheck things.
As of this morning, still not working (and I myself am flying international tomorrow)! Come on Virgin...fix up those website issues!

One workaround is to use your confirmation number at checkmytrip.com. You'll be able to see all the seat assignments etc., but you won't be able to change anything.

This was exactly their "solution" when I couldn't use their website and called them in an attempt to review my reservation. Their website worked a few weeks ago for me and I find it strange that the problem can't be fixed quickly.
Preparation for SABRE (common platform for DJ and VA) cutover? (IIRC they will move from Amadeus and Navitaire to SABRE in October 2012.)
