Time for another lunch.

This is a very good burger, the $2 is for the burger - and the bun too. :) Fries, tots and other goodies are extra. Pop refills are free too! If you're not a "burger person", they have other items too.

Come for a great burger and fascinating banter about things that can't be mentioned on FT. Lots of folks came to their first Chicago FT lunch and now they come back all the time. Some people never return for another. I wonder why? :p

I should be but will be just getting back from a week vaca and will be trying to make sure all my work gets done so I can take off a bit early for the Poor Phil's Do late afternoon on Thursday April 5.

I'm 85-90%% going to make it. I'm in the loop, so depends on if any last minute meeting crops up...Besides, how can I pass up Tater Tots?

I'm easy to spot, I'll be the guy on the phone, still on a 2-hour hold with reservations at what used to be a decent airline. :( I haven't got dressed yet this morning, so not sure what MissKok put out for me to wear today, I'm training her to set out my clothes. :)

MissKok declined this one, she says it'll be too much of a sausage-fest.

Seriously, I think we'll probably be the only group of 8 there - well, the count is 9, but Willie is on the list :p - we'll probably be in the back. I'll try and be there before 11:45am, or ILuvParis, do you know anyone there that you can call and let them know we are coming?

Arg, I'm just learning of today's lunch right now (thanks to the Talkmail newsletter); I'd have loved to join in! :D

I wanted to thank everyone who attended....I popped my FT cherry and filled it with a good burger and tots. I've been convinced to pop my Chicago DO cherry in Oct, met some great people and hope my schedule works out for future lunches. Choking down a Sox game, I don't know :)
