Swiss International Airlines - Arrival in BKK in F

We are soon to travel to BKK and wondered if the buggy which meets F pax is operated by LX or TG personnel?

The reason we ask is that apparently F pax with a domestic TG C connection are no longer allowed into the F lounge and instead are sent straight to immigration before going to the domestic C lounge. A TG passenger in F with similar situation recently reported that he had the flight director speak to the buggy driver and they were taken to the F lounge, as was often done previously? If the buggy driver was LX personnel we wondered if a similar word from LX crew might get a similar result. Any clarification/experience would be very helpful. Thanks

We were connecting in TG Y(domestic flight), but we did not try to speak with anybody to see if we could use the TG F lounge.
We checked in and headed to the TG Biz/*A lounge.

Neither.

It is outsourced to a company managing airport handling- by the way they are very good.

Reason I ask is from the thread on the FT TG page it seems that TG personnel are blocking pax from accessing lifts at immigration to go to Level 4 where the international lounges are located. Others have posted that prior to this very recent change they had no problem using the F lounge prior to passing through immigration to the domestic flight. Thanks again.

TG domestic biz lounge. Very poor compared with the TG international Biz/*A lounges I remember from previous trips.

For F passengers arriving in BKK and going into the city, does LX provide a priority pass for customs, or do they expedite the pax through customs? Have read some horror stories about customs lineups at BKK...

LX hands out a priority pass to F pax, and I understand also to C pax.

if you don't want to worry use BFS service, not too expensive and a stress free arrival w front of the line access

I had a girl waiting at the plane door with my name and she escorted me through immigration/customs all the way to the taxi door.
