Hi there,
A few months ago I booked a flight online and have received the confirmation email detailing all info but I didnt get mailed the Eticket, whereas my other friend did.

How can I go about doing this?

Hi Ans27,

Please kindly advise your departure city + date of departure and your last name as well as your Privilege club membership number to resbkk@th.qatarairways.com so that we will find the electronic ticket and send to your email address.
Note : please refer that it is a request from FlyerTalk.

Why would you need an e-ticket? I always only received the booking confirmation. Never had any problems checking in (online) and flying. Nobody ever asked to see an e-ticket.

My experience too - only use my pasport and the cred.card used for payment at booking.

Hi All,

Sometimes it needs the electronic ticket number in case passenger cannot find the booking reference so that our staff can pull information from electronic ticket number.

Additionally, when passenger purchased an IBE booking from the web site and he/she wishes to refund for the ticket, then the refund page require him/her to provide the electronic ticket number to proceed.

Booking reference is on the booking confirmation and e-ticket number can be found in 'Manage a Booking'.

If the e-ticket is so important why is it not sent automatically when you make an online (IBE) booking?

Thats my point - I received a eticket for my incoming flight but not outgoing.

Sorry I have to ask but why does Qatar Airways only have one email from Thailand?
